- Raised by a Single Mother
- Been working at least 1 job since I was 14
- No strong male role models until in my 20’s
- In 1993 I met Phil who helped shape my career path
- Played, coached & officiated basketball, baseball, and fastpitch
- Team Sport shaped who I am
- My adult children have a strong social network from previous teammates

- Lower the Average age of Officials working 7th grade and above
- Ensure the game is played fairly and rules applied based on skill level of players
- Training/Mentoring that prepares people to do a difficult job under a microscope!
- Prepare as many young adults for this crazy world by using sporting events as life training sessions
- Positive Mentoring and Coaching & Expand to Baseball/Fast-Pitch/Soccer 2023
